Rabbi David Eliezrie is the Senior Rabbi at Chabad-Beth Meir HaCohen in Yorba Linda California.  Rabbi Eliezrie attended Yeshiva in Israel and New York where he was deeply inspired by the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, and was appointed as a Shliach of the Rebbe. He was one of the pioneering campus Shluchim,  establishing  the Chabad House at the University of Miami and served as Jewish chaplain there.  Rabbi Eliezrie founded Chabad Beth Meir HaCohen in Yorba Linda California, he is president of the Rabbinical Council of Orange County and served for over two decades on the board of the local Jewish Federation. He is active in global Jewish affairs,  a member of the board  of the Jewish Agency for Israel, the Jewish Relief Network in Ukraine, and the International Conference of Shluchim.

He is a noted author, his first book  “The Secret of Chabad” was honored by the National Jewish Book Award. His upcoming book “Undaunted” –  available for preorder now details how How the Sixth Lubavitcher Rebbe Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Schneersohn Saved Russian Jewry Reimagined American Judaism and Ignited a Global Jewish Renaissance. He writes for  the Jerusalem Post and other newspapers. Rabbi Eliezrie is a gu est scholar at the Jewish Learning Institute National Jewish Retreat.

He and his wife Stella are proud parents of six married children and an even growing number of grandchildren and live in Yorba Linda California.
